Role Overview:

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role focuses on driving talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management initiatives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Drive HR initiatives that support business transformation and growth
2. Talent Management
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
  • Identify talent gaps and build pipelines for critical roles
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring needs
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
  • Address employee concerns and ensure effective conflict resolution
4. Change Management
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives
  • Develop communication and change adoption strategies
  • Ensure smooth implementation of transformation programs
5. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
  • Use HR analytics to drive data-based decision-making
6. Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Influence decision-making through insights and HR expertise
  • Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) like L&D, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
Key Requirements:

Education:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience:
  • 15+ years of HR experience with at least 8 years in HRBP roles
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or large business units
  • Exposure to global HR practices
  • Experience in managing change and transformation initiatives
