The ideal candidate should have <strong>7–10 years of teaching experience in a college/university or higher-education institution</strong> and possess strong capabilities in teaching, student mentoring, academic coordination, and departmental responsibilities.</p><p>Candidates who have previously worked as a <strong>HOD, Program Coordinator, Course Coordinator, or in any academic leadership role</strong> will be preferred, though HOD experience is <strong>not mandatory</strong>.</p><p>The candidate should be equally comfortable with <strong>classroom teaching, student guidance, academic administration, and other institutional responsibilities</strong>.</p><p>-Freshers need not to apply.</p>Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academics<ul><li>Deliver engaging and effective lectures for UG/PG students in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related programs.</li><li>Conduct practical/lab sessions and ensure effective curriculum delivery.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, question papers, and assessments.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant industry practices into teaching.</li><li>Maintain academic standards and contribute to curriculum improvement.</li></ul>Student Mentoring & Guidance<ul><li>Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.</li><li>Supervise student projects, internships, seminars, presentations, and research-oriented activities.</li><li>Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.</li><li>Support students in developing technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Academic Administration<ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day academic activities of the department/program.</li><li>Assist in timetable planning, examinations, assessments, academic documentation, and departmental reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with faculty members, management, university representatives, and other departments.</li><li>Take responsibility for assigned institutional and departmental activities.</li><li>Support accreditation, quality initiatives, academic audits, and other compliance-related activities where required.</li></ul>Leadership & Departmental Responsibilities<ul><li>Mentor junior faculty members and support faculty development.</li><li>Take ownership of departmental activities and ensure timely execution.</li><li>Contribute to admissions, workshops, seminars, industry interactions, placements, and institutional events.</li><li>Act as HOD/Program Coordinator or take up similar leadership responsibilities when required.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to independently manage multiple academic and administrative responsibilities.</li></ul>Research & Professional Development<ul><li>Encourage research, innovation, publications, conferences, and industry collaboration.</li><li>Guide students and faculty in research/project activities.</li><li>Participate in seminars, FDPs, workshops, conferences, and other professional development initiatives.</li><li>Keep abreast of current developments in AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Full Stack Development, and other relevant IT domains.</li></ul>Educational Qualification<p><strong>Preferred qualifications include:</strong></p><ul><li>BCA / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline</li><li>MCA / M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. / M.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline</li><li>Ph.D. / Ph.D. Pursuing in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field</li></ul><p><strong>Ph.D. / Ph.D. pursuing candidates will be preferred.</strong></p>Experience<ul><li><strong>7–10 years of relevant teaching/academic experience</strong> in a college, university, or higher-education institution.</li><li>Experience in teaching BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, Computer Science, IT, or related programs.</li><li><strong>Prior HOD / Program Coordinator / Academic Coordinator experience is preferred but not mandatory.</strong></li><li>Experience in student project guidance, academic coordination, and departmental administration will be an advantage.</li></ul>Desired Skills<ul><li>Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong student mentoring and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good academic and administrative capabilities.</li><li>Ability to lead and coordinate faculty members.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage teaching and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.</li><li>Professional, disciplined, approachable, and student-focused attitude.</li><li>Working knowledge of current IT technologies and industry trends.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<p>We are looking for someone who is <strong>not limited to classroom teaching</strong> but can contribute broadly to the institution.
