This role requires deep expertise in JavaScript ecosystems, modern frontend and backend engineering practices, and hands-on experience embedding AI-powered capabilities into applications. The ideal candidate brings innovation, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a willingness to take ownership in a dynamic environment. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent. 8+ years of hands‑on experience in modern JavaScript-based development. Proven experience in enterprise-grade frontend and backend engineering Essential Skills Core Technical Skills Frontend (React) Advanced expertise in React.js, hooks, state management, and component architecture. Strong understanding of Single Page Applications and performance optimization. Experience with Redux, Next.js or similar frameworks. Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility. Backend (Node.js & Cloud) Good understanding of cloud first principles and hands on experience of cloud services, preferable CloudFoundary and AWS, Experience with AWS Cloud paradigms like lambda, cloudfront, s3 (an additional bullet) Architecture & Tooling Experience in microfrontend architecture and module federation. Familiarity with monorepo tooling (Nx, Turborepo, Yarn workspaces). Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred). Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest, React Testing Library). AI/ML Integration (Application-Level) Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, AWS Bedrock, etc.). Ability to design frontend and backend features powered by: Natural Language Processing (NLP) Generative AI (text, code, or image generation) Embeddings & vector search AI-based recommendations or automation flows Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
