Key Responsibilities Tag and annotate large volumes of media content—movies, series, documentaries, and user‑generated content—using arenaflex’s proprietary tagging framework. Collaborate with the Content & Metadata team to refine tagging guidelines, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with global standards. Analyze tagging quality metrics, identify gaps, and propose automated solutions or process improvements. Work closely with the Hiring Data Analytics group to collect, clean, and transform recruitment data from multiple sources (ATS, HRIS, external job boards).
