We are looking for a Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing with strong expertise in South Indian creator ecosystems and proficiency in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creator sourcing, campaign execution, relationship management, and ensuring successful delivery of influencer marketing campaigns across South Indian markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Management

  • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across South Indian markets.
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into effective creator-led campaign strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Strategy, Pricing, Content, and Client Servicing to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively resolve execution challenges.
Influencer Identification & Outreach
  • Source and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Moj, ShareChat, Josh, and other creator platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of creators across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
  • Identify emerging regional creators and niche content categories.
  • Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement metrics, content quality, and brand fit.
Influencer Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with South Indian creators and talent managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout campaign execution.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements.
  • Maintain a database of creators and regularly update performance benchmarks.
Content Coordination
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate approvals between brands and influencers.
  • Review content for quality, compliance, and campaign requirements before publishing.
  • Support creators in understanding campaign expectations and deliverables.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track campaign KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, views, and conversions.
  • Prepare campaign reports and post-campaign analyses.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and records.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on South Indian social media trends, regional content formats, and creator movements.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and industry best practices.
  • Share insights on regional audience behavior and platform trends.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Talent Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
  • Strong understanding of the South Indian creator ecosystem.
  • Experience working with regional influencers and content creators.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
