Job Details: Job Title: Senior Associate, Builder AXP – Journey Orchestration (reputed company Journey Optimizer) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 Months Type: Full-Time, Contract Description: A leading healthcare company is looking for a Senior Associate, Builder AXP to play a hands-on role in translating strategy into real-time journeys using reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) and reputed company Journey Optimizer (AJO). In this role, you will lead all phases of the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—by developing and optimizing Next Best Action (NBA) journeys that meet member needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys/campaigns, collaborate with data analytics teams to build and refine audience segments, partner with lifecycle marketers and data scientists to activate journey logic, conduct rigorous quality assurance, monitor journey performance, and serve as a subject matter expert for AJO and AEP capabilities.
