About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Amazon PPC Expert to lead advertising strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple Amazon brands. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, campaign scaling, profitability analysis, audience targeting, and performance optimization.

This role requires someone who can independently develop and execute advertising strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account success across multiple marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Advertising Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage advertising performance across multiple brands and marketplaces.

  • Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP campaigns (preferred).

  • Implement advanced bidding, budget allocation, keyword harvesting, search term optimization, and negative keyword strategies.

  • Optimize campaign structure, placements, and targeting to improve performance.

  • Monitor and improve TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and other advertising KPIs.

Advanced PPC & Growth Initiatives
  • Develop and manage dayparting, budget pacing, seasonal campaigns, product launch campaigns, ranking campaigns, and defensive/offensive advertising strategies.

  • Analyze customer behavior, search trends, and market opportunities.

  • Lead advertising strategies for new product launches and marketplace expansion initiatives.

  • Coordinate PPC efforts with promotions, pricing strategies, inventory planning, deals, and coupons.

Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
  • Build, analyze, and interpret AMC reports.

  • Evaluate customer journeys and attribution paths.

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and actionable recommendations using AMC insights.

  • Support audience-based targeting and DSP initiatives when applicable.

Attribution, Influencer & External Traffic
  • Utilize Amazon Attribution to measure external traffic performance.

  • Collaborate with social media, influencer, and marketing teams to drive qualified traffic.

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Creator Connections campaigns.

  • Evaluate creator performance and integrate creator marketing with PPC strategies.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Identify performance trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.

  • Forecast advertising spend, revenue growth, and scaling opportunities.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 4 years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.

  • Proven experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad spend.

  • Expert knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, Sponsored Display, and Amazon Advertising Console.

  • Strong understanding of

Engagement Model

  • Initial engagement will be part-time (15–20 hours per week).

  • After a 3-month evaluation period, the role may continue as a part-time consulting engagement or transition to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
