We're Hiring: Chef – Baking, Coffee & Desserts Specialist
Café: Pawmela – A pet-friendly café serving fresh bakes, comfort food, and specialty coffee.
Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible options)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Talented freshers welcome!)

Pawmela is looking for a passionate chef who loves baking, has a knack for crafting great coffee, and enjoys creating indulgent desserts (plus delicious pet treats!). If you're excited to work in a warm, pet-loving environment and bring joy through food, this role is for you.

Prepare nutritious and delicious pet-friendly dishes, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.

  • Craft irresistible desserts, including brownies, tarts, cheesecakes, tiramisu, mousse, mug cakes, choco lava, and other indulgent creations.
  • Brew and serve specialty coffees (hot & cold) – from cappuccinos and lattes to mochas and filter coffee.
  • Maintain a spotless kitchen, upholding strict hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
  • Work seamlessly during café hours, managing prep and orders with efficiency and care.
  • Collaborate with the founder to curate seasonal specials and elevate the café experience with creative plating.

Hands-on experience in baking, coffee brewing, and desserts (non-veg baking experience is a plus).
Familiarity with kitchen operations in a café or home-style setting.
Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
Bonus: Loves pets or is comfortable working in a pet café environment.
