Job Description:

  • Develop and implement SAP ABAP solutions using modern ABAP 7.4+ coding standards
  • Work extensively on S/4HANA ABAP development and OData services
  • Design, develop, and implement OData services using SAP NetWeaver Gateway
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and specifications
  • Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents
  • Develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows
  • Work on ALV/Classical Reports, BAPI, ALE/IDOC, BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Spots, LSMW/BDC
  • Participate in implementation, integration testing, unit testing, and production support activities
  • Troubleshoot incidents and ensure adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes
  • Interact regularly with onsite teams and clients and provide project status updates
  • Review deliverables and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing and COE activities
  • Identify risks, manage escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead technical discussions and work directly with clients when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of SAP ABAP experience with multiple implementation/support projects
  • Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA and OData
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP 7.4+ and Object-Oriented ABAP
  • Good experience with SAP NetWeaver Gateway and OData service creation/implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Workflows
  • At least one SAP implementation experience is mandatory
  • Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
  • Experience working with onsite/client teams and leading technical workstreams
