About Us

We are a premium global D2C brand serving customers primarily in the US and other international markets. Our focus is on delivering high-quality products backed by a seamless, high-touch customer experience. Every interaction—whether via call or chat—is treated as a brand moment, not a transaction. We operate at the intersection of design, craftsmanship, and customer obsession, and we’re building a team that values ownership, accountability, and conversion-driven excellence.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, customer-first Sales Support Executive who can convert intent into revenue. This role sits at the intersection of sales, live support, and customer experience. You’ll engage high-intent users, recover abandoned carts, upsell where relevant, and ensure premium-quality support across calls and live chat.

This is not a passive support role. You are expected to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively call abandoned cart customers on Shopify and assist them in completing purchases
  • Convert warm leads through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Provide real-time support via live chat and calls to website visitors
  • Help customers make the right buying decision, aligned with a premium brand experience
  • Handle customer escalations and complaints with ownership and resolution mindset
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve scripts, FAQs, and conversion flows

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Customer Support / Inside Sales
  • Prior experience handling international B2C customers (US, CA, AU preferred)
  • Strong exposure to calling + live chat support environments
  • Experience working with Shopify stores, abandoned cart recovery, or D2C brands
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with strong objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working night shifts and remotely
  • Ability to balance sales targets with customer empathy

Compensation

  • Fixed salary (as per experience)
  • Monthly sales incentives linked to performance
  • Long-term growth opportunity with a premium international brand
