Working Hours: Morning- 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM and Evening-4:30pm to 6:30pm
Compensation: ₹7,500 fixed per month + 1,000 on every successfull conversion

About the Role

KPAC Marketing is looking for a proactive and confident Part-Time Sales Associate who can help us generate new business, follow up with prospects, convert leads into clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Lead Generation and Branding.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and identify potential businesses that may require digital marketing services.
  • Schedule meetings with interested prospects and coordinate with the internal team for proposals and quotations.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects and work towards converting qualified opportunities into paying clients.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals and conversions.
  • Follow up with existing clients to understand their feedback, requirements and satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team regarding client requirements and sales opportunities.
  • Participate in two short daily team meetings:
  • Morning meeting – Planning leads, follow-ups and sales activities for the day.Evening meeting – Reviewing activities, responses, meetings, conversions and next steps.Compensation & IncentivesFixed Pay: ₹7,500 per monthSales Incentive: ₹1,000 for every successful new client conversion.Client Engagement Incentive: ₹500 per month for every active client managed through regular follow-ups, feedback collection and internal coordination.Requirements
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling or digital marketing sales will be an advantage.
  • Ability to independently manage leads and consistently follow up with prospects.
  • Must have a laptop, stable internet connection and a suitable calling setup.
