  • Independent development & execution of sales & marketing plan in India / in ME
  • Focus on Order Intake, Sales Revenue, Key Account Management
  • New business development
  • Development, execution & tracking of growth initiatives
  • Explore cross selling opportunities (within BU as well as across the BUs)
  • Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.
  • Regular visits to the various stakeholders (customers / EPC / Consultants / System Integrators) in India / in ME
  • Planning & execution of the marketing plan (roadshows / fairs / ….)
  • Keep watch on various activities from competition and provide strategic inputs to the BU
  • Identification of various projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical and energy sectors and get involved with all the stakeholders right from the FEED stage
Key Performance Indicators (will be the decisive factors for continuation after the contract period)
  • Order Intake (60%)
  • Marketing Roadshows & Seminars (20%)

Candidate profile:
  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
  • Marketing degree preferred but not essential
  • 12…15 years of Sales & Business development experience selling Physical Property Analyzers in Oil & Gas industry
  • Preferably 5 years sales experience in SIC Analyzer business
  • Prior knowledge & experience working with Oil & Gas System Integrators / EPC organizations / Consultants
  • Prior experience in Middle-East AND/OR India markets
