Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Government Sales Manager to drive business growth by selling AI-based healthcare software solutions to Central Government, State Government, Medical Colleges, AIIMS, CGHS, ESI Hospitals, and other public healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in government healthcare sales, tender participation, stakeholder management, and enterprise solution selling. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop business opportunities within government hospitals and healthcare departments. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Hospital Superintendents, Medical Directors, Procurement Officers, Health Department Officials, and Government Agencies. - Present and demonstrate AI-powered healthcare software solutions to prospective clients. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. - Negotiate pricing, and contracts, terms while ensuring profitability. - Monitor government healthcare initiatives, digital health programs, and procurement opportunities. - Represent the company at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and government meetings. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. Required Qualifications - MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred. - 5–8 years of experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) sales. - Proven experience selling healthcare software, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), Medical Devices, Healthcare IT solutions, or SaaS products to government hospitals. - Existing network within government healthcare organizations will be an added advantage. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Knowledge of AI, Healthcare IT, Digital Health, or Hospital Management Systems. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage large enterprise accounts. - Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
