Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive – Outbound Calling for one of our esteemed client. The role involves connecting with prospective customers who have shown interest through digital channels and helping them make informed purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
  • Handle leads generated through website enquiries, WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces, campaigns and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly.
  • Address customer questions and objections effectively.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until a purchase decision is made.
  • Prioritize and manage assigned leads efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate lead status and customer interaction history in the CRM.
  • Drive lead-to-sale conversions and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Share customer feedback, objections and insights with relevant teams.
