Field Sales Executive – FMCG | Pawan Edible Oil Tirupati Udyog, the company behind Pawan Edible Oil, is a well-established regional business with a legacy dating back to 1992. We are expanding our sales team across Rajasthan and are looking for experienced, trustworthy and relationship-oriented Field Sales Executives to help us build and strengthen our distributor and retailer network. This is an important role for someone who understands the FMCG market and enjoys building business through strong market relationships, communication and trust. What you will do • Develop Pawan's distributor and retailer network in the assigned territory. • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers and retailers. • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners. • Regularly visit distributors, retailers and markets. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Increase product availability, distribution and visibility. • Negotiate with distributors and retailers and develop long-term business relationships. • Monitor stock, secondary sales, market demand and competitor activity. • Identify new markets and business opportunities. • Collect market feedback and share insights with management. • Handle customer concerns and ensure strong after-sales relationship management. • Maintain regular sales and market visit reports. • Travel within the assigned territory as required. What we are looking for• 2+ years of experience in FMCG / Food / Edible Oil / Consumer Goods / Distribution sales. • Strong understanding of distributor and retailer networks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability. • Good knowledge of the Rajasthan market. • Existing connections with distributors/retailers will be a strong advantage. • Target-oriented and self-driven. • Honest, trustworthy and professional in handling business relationships. • Comfortable with extensive field travel. • Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred. • Hindi fluency required; knowledge of local Rajasthani/Marwari language is an advantage. • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
