Sales & Client Servicing Executive

Location: New Delhi | On-site

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a reputed luxury hotel brand The Event Designer is looking for a polished and relationship-driven professional to manage wedding enquiries, sales follow-ups and client servicing for our luxury destination wedding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming wedding enquiries and qualify potential clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements, budgets and wedding preferences.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate timely follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with clients from enquiry to event execution.
  • Coordinate with hotels, venues, vendors and internal planning teams.
  • Maintain lead records and update all follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Assist with hotel negotiations, room requirements and event-related coordination.
  • Ensure a premium and personalised client experience.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales, banquets, events or guest relations .
  • Experience with reputed brands such as Taj, Marriott, Accor, Hilton, ITC, Oberoi or Anantara is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Professional personality with excellent client-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable managing HNI and luxury wedding clients.
  • Organised, proactive and confident with sales follow-ups.
  • Willing to travel for meetings and weddings when required.
