Role Description The Sales Attendant role at Bajaj Finserv Loans is a full-time, on-site position based in Madhubani.

The Sales

Attendant will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their financial needs, and provide information on suitable loan products such as personal, business, travel, and education loans.

Responsibilities include explaining product features and eligibility criteria, assisting customers with documentation, and guiding them through the application process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and supporting the completion of disbursals.

Qualifications
