About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, providing information about our training programs, addressing basic queries, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain effective communication throughout the student journey. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and enquiries generated through various channels.Achieve a target of 150+ connected / cold calls daily.Provide accurate information about TNC Aviation's training programs and offerings.Understand student requirements and address basic queries professionally.Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up updates.Update call outcomes and student information in the designated trackers/CRM.Ensure a positive and professional experience during every interaction. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.Strong listening, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.Good organisational and time management abilities.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.Ability to remain motivated and maintain professionalism while handling repetitive tasks. Preferred Experience Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, counselling, front office, or similar roles.Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Exposure to the education or aviation industry will be an added advantage.
