About the Internship

This is not a traditional internship, it's about taking ownership from day one. This role isn't easy. It demands ownership and a willingness to learn fast. If that excites you, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Work with US-based clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of customers
  • Learn product knowledge, sourcing, negotiation, and customer success
  • Collaborate with experienced Inside Sales Managers
  • Begin selling after a structured onboarding period

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Available 25–35 hours/week

Compensation

• Internship Stipend: USD 100/month (approximately ₹9,500/month)* + Uncapped Commission

Program Highlights

  • 100% remote
• Minimum internship duration: 3 weeks (extendable based on performance & mutual interest) • Uncapped commission (4% on every sale)

• Working hours: 7:30 PM–2:00 AM IST (Mon–Fri)
