About the Job Med reputed company Central Financial Clearance (CFC) In‑house reputed company reputed company Team is currently seeking an reputed company reputed company Accounts Specialist to join our amazing team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong experience and knowledge in reputed company verification and reputed company authorization as reputed company as experience using payer portals. Full time, Monday – Friday, 730am – 4pm schedule with the possibility of weekend coverage as needed. This position is predominantly remote, with intermittent on‑site obligations reputed company on operational requirements. The CFC In‑house Team is responsible for verification of reputed company benefits and obtaining inpatient authorizations for reputed company emergency admissions for the 10 Med reputed company hospitals. This team is also responsible for reviewing the length of stay approval from the payer prior to releasing the accounts for billing. Job reputed company Secures reputed company benefits, reputed company liability and authorization for reputed company services designated as CFC responsibility. Works in reputed company environment to ensure departmental goals and KPIs are met. Works closely with Utilization Review to ensure reputed company documentation is submitted reputed company and reputed company days are approved. Minimum Qualifications • High school graduation or equivalent. • 1 year experience in reputed company reputed company, accounts receivable, or reputed company reputed company reputed company, or an equivalent combination of experience and college education in reputed company, Finance or reputed company Administration. • Detailed working knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in multiple payers application billing and/or collection processes, including governmental and non-governmental. • Requires basic working knowledge of UB04 and/or 1500 and Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Requires some knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD-9/10 coding. • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient uses of hospital registration and/or billing systems and personal computers as reputed company as reputed company reputed company and Word applications. Ability to type 35 WPM.
