As a Remote Online Data Entry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our Amazon Store data. Key Responsibilities

    Accurately enter product details, pricing, and inventory levels into our proprietary data management system, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s listing guidelines.

      Quality Assurance:

      Conduct regular audits of data entries, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

        Inventory Reconciliation:

        Monitor stock levels across multiple fulfillment centers, flag potential shortages or overstock situations, and coordinate with supply‑chain teams to adjust forecasts.

          Product Listing Optimization:

          Work with the merchandising team to refine titles, bullet points, and backend keywords, ensuring listings are SEO‑friendly and meet Amazon’s best practices.

            Reporting & Analytics:

            Generate weekly and monthly reports on data accuracy, inventory health, and listing performance; present findings to senior leadership.

              Process Improvement:
