[Remote] EHS Analyst Co-Op

The EHS Analyst Co-Op will support the Environmental, Health & Safety team through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, incident prevention, audits, compliance activities, and maintenance of Job Safety Analyses and related training requirements. Responsibilities Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing EHS data to ensure accuracy and completeness Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key EHS metrics such as Good Saves, Incident Investigations, and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs) Identifying trends and patterns to support proactive safety measures and risk reduction initiatives Collaborating with EHS, Operations, and Management teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights Supporting risk assessment and incident prevention projects through data analysis Assisting with EHS audits, inspections, and compliance activities Reviewing, updating, and maintaining Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to ensure alignment with Johnson & Johnson EHS standards Ensuring updated JSAs are properly documented within company systems and linked to the appropriate training curriculum Identifying areas that require new JSAs and supporting their creation and implementation Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that promote workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance Skills Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited university is required Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences, Physics, or a related technical field Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards Company Overview Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine focuses on developing medical solutions for some of the challenging diseases and medical conditions.
