Key Responsibilities

    Data Validation & Cleansing:

    Review incoming data sets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct errors and flag anomalies for further investigation.

      Metadata Management:

      Populate and maintain metadata fields for new content releases, ensuring compliance with careerpulse’s cataloging standards.

        Quality Assurance:

        Perform regular audits of data entries, generate reports on data quality metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

          Process Improvement:

          Identify bottlenecks in data entry workflows and propose automation or tooling solutions to increase throughput and reduce manual effort.

              Essential Qualifications
