Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dynamic

Customer Service Travel Agent

  • to join our remote team.
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients exploring new destinations, crafting bespoke itineraries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

    Client Consultation:

    Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.

      Destination Research:

      Stay up‑to‑date on the latest travel trends, visa requirements, safety advisories, and local experiences.

        Itinerary Design:

        Create detailed, personalized travel plans that include flights, accommodations, ground transportation, activities, and dining options.

          Quotation & Proposal:

          Prepare accurate, competitive quotes and present them to clients, highlighting value and unique selling points.

            Booking & Confirmation:

            Secure reservations across multiple channels (airlines, hotels, car rentals, tours) and manage all related documentation.

              Client Follow‑Up:

              Provide pre‑departure support, answer last‑minute questions, and ensure travelers are fully prepared.

                Social Media & Marketing:

                    Essential Qualifications
