Team & Business Unit Overview

The Core Network Engineering team is responsible for managing the architecture, deployment, and operational stability of multi-generational telecommunication networks.

In this role, Graduate Engineer Trainees work on core network systems, supporting 4G, 3G, and 2G subscriber provisioning, signaling, interconnectivity, and network node rollouts. The team closely collaborates across Radio Access Network (RAN), Transport, and Product engineering units to deliver high network availability and smooth service operations.

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities

Core Network Architecture & Deployment

  • Design & Node Support: Support the design of Core network architecture and assist with software/hardware upgrades and new node rollouts.
  • Requirements Alignment: Coordinate with device and product teams to develop technical requirements supporting 4G, 3G, and roaming capabilities.
  • Cross-Domain Coordination: Collaborate actively with RAN and Transport teams to maintain seamless end-to-end network connectivity.
