The position is full-time with various shifts available.<br>Job Overview<br>We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and medical documentation, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Up to $3,000 relocation bonus.<br><br>Only candidates with NCLEX and RN License in the US are eligible.<br><br>Responsibilities<br>• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.<br>• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including monitoring vital signs and evaluating responses to treatment.<br>• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.<br>• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while educating patients and their families about the dialysis process and self-care techniques.<br>• Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.<br>• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or concerns promptly.<br>• Stay current with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and best practices in dialysis care.<br><br>Experience<br>• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is US or Canada.<br>• Previous experience in dialysis nursing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.<br>• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and patient care protocols is essential.<br>• Excellent understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to renal function and dialysis treatment.<br><br>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<br><br>Pay: $48.16-$78.54 per hour<br><br>Benefits:<br>• Dental care<br>• Flexible schedule<br>• Paid time off<br>• Relocation assistance<br>• Vision care<br><br>Schedule:<br>• Day shift<br>• Evening shift<br>• Monday to Friday<br>• Night shift<br>• Overtime<br>• Weekends as needed<br><br>Application question(s):<br>• What is your email address?
