Reel Creator & Motion Graphic Designer (WFH)

About the job:

We are looking for a Reel Creator and Motion Graphic Designer who can turn static ideas, brand assets, product imagery, and raw footage into sharp, engaging short-form videos.

This role is primarily focused on reels, motion graphics, and social video content. Strong graphic design fundamentals are important because much of the work will involve typography, layouts, image treatment, and brand consistency, but motion and video execution will be the core responsibility.

The person should be comfortable working across different brand styles, from premium and minimal to corporate, energetic, and social-first.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and motion-led social content for multiple client brands.
2. Convert static creatives, photographs, product images, and brand assets into engaging motion content.
3. Create clean typography animations, image transitions, logo animations, text reveals, and simple motion graphics.
4. Edit raw video footage when required, including cuts, pacing, music, transitions, text overlays, and basic color correction.
5. Adapt existing campaign concepts into Reel and video formats while maintaining the brand's visual identity.
6. Collaborate with designers, Social Media, and Content teams to understand objectives and translate them effectively into motion.
7. Select appropriate music, sound effects, footage, and visual treatments based on the brand and platform.
8. Create multiple styles of content, including premium brand Reels, product Reels, corporate Reels, festive content, event content, and social-first videos.
9. Deliver content within digital marketing timelines without compromising basic design quality.

What We Will Look For:

We are not looking for someone who simply applies templates and transitions.
We want someone who can look at a set of images, a basic brief, or raw footage and independently determine how the video should flow.
The right candidate should understand when motion needs to be subtle, when it needs energy, and when the content itself should remain the hero.

Who can apply:

Only those candidates can apply who:

  1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Salary:

₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Experience:

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience creating Reels, motion graphics, or short-form digital video content.

  4. 4. Proficiency in at least two relevant tools, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  5. 5. Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
  6. 6. Ability to create engaging videos using static images and limited assets.
  7. 7. Ability to work with both raw footage and image-based content.
  8. 8. Strong understanding of Instagram Reel formats, aspect ratios, and digital-first content.
