Recruitment - Internship (WFH & Part Time)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
6.Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
8. Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
9. Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, as required.
10. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

  1. are available for the work from home job/internship
  2. can work from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm India Standard Time)
  3. can start the work from home job/internship between 22nd Jul'26 and 26th Aug'26
  4. are available for duration of 3 months
  5. have relevant skills and interests
  6. * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.


Stipend:

INR₹ 7,000 /month
