We are partnering with an established organisation in the maritime sector that is looking to hire an Administrative Executive. This role will support day-to-day office operations, including administrative coordination, front-desk management, and providing cross-functional support to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities: Administrative Support Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications, reports, and documentation. Maintain and organise electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records. Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate timely replenishment. Liaise with external vendors for maintenance and servicing of office equipment. Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors where required. Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and room bookings with internal and external stakeholders. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Coordinate the ordering and distribution of employee name cards. Assist in organising corporate events and employee engagement activities, including logistics and vendor coordination. Provide administrative support across departments such as Finance and Human Resources as required. Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. Support the maintenance of employee documentation in compliance with organisational policies and applicable regulations. Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned.
