DreamDwell Properties is hiring experienced Real Estate Female Tele Sellers to join our dynamic team in Dubai. We are looking for confident, persuasive, and target-driven individuals who can connect with potential clients and generate quality leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote real estate properties and services

  • Handle inbound client inquiries professionally

  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team

  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into potential buyers

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Tele Seller in Dubai (mandatory)

  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

  • Excellent communication and sales skills

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Self-motivated and proactive (self-starter)

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
