QA Analys / Fresher Data Analys/Business Analys (Entry / Junior)
Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The QA Analyst / Junior Data Analyst / Junior Business Analyst will support data-driven decision-making and quality assurance across learning materials, platforms, and embedded content.
Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing data related to user engagement and content performance, preparing reports and dashboards, and validating data accuracy. The role also involves supporting quality checks on digital resources, documenting requirements and findings, and communicating insights to internal stakeholders. Entry-level team members will collaborate with senior staff, learn established processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Foundational knowledge in data analytics, including basic tools or languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools).
- Understanding of statistics concepts for analyzing datasets, trends, and performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic familiarity with data modeling or structured data design is an advantage.
- Interest in technology, embedded systems, or education-focused platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to new tools and processes.
