About the Role
We are looking for an experienced psychology academic or professional to work as a Curriculum Reviewer for our postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. You will review the syllabi and course content for the three subjects below, check that they are academically sound and current, and recommend improvements.
Subjects to Be Reviewed
- PSY601: Organisational Psychology
- PSY602: Psychology of Leadership
- PSY603: Effective Workplace Training and Coaching
Key Responsibilities
- Review the syllabi, learning outcomes and unit structure for PSY601, PSY602 and PSY603 at postgraduate and undergraduate level.
- Check that content is accurate, up to date and in line with current research and practice in applied psychology.
- Assess whether the depth and difficulty suit each level (UG and PG).
- Check that learning outcomes, topics, assessments and reference material are aligned.
- Spot gaps, overlaps or outdated topics, and suggest specific improvements.
- Suggest relevant textbooks, research papers, case studies, frameworks and assessment methods.
- Give written feedback in our review format, within the agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Counselling or a related field. A PhD or PhD candidacy is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in curriculum design or syllabus development at university or higher-education level.
- Experience teaching, mentoring or supervising PhD candidates or postgraduate researchers.
- Strong working knowledge of organisational psychology (workplace behaviour, motivation, job satisfaction, culture, employee wellbeing, selection and performance).
- Strong working knowledge of leadership psychology (leadership theories, traits and styles, influence, followership and leader development).
- Strong working knowledge of workplace training and coaching (training needs analysis, adult learning principles, coaching models, and evaluating training effectiveness).
- Familiarity with academic review standards and with outcome-based education.
- Excellent written English and a careful, detailed approach to review work.
Good to Have
- Experience reviewing curricula for universities or accreditation bodies.
- Industry experience in organisational development, HR consulting, executive coaching or corporate training.
- Coaching certifications (such as ICF) or training credentials.
- Published research or papers in a related area.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
