  • Serve as a key point of contact for field-level stakeholders including school administrators, DIETs, CRCs/BRCs, and master trainers.
  • Support planning and delivery of training programs for teachers, administrators, and implementation partners.
  • Collaborate with internal Canva teams (Partnerships, Product, Community, Data) to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting of product rollouts.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics, success stories, and program impact at the ground level.
  • Coordinate localization of content, resources, and communication to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Identify risks and implementation challenges early and flag them with mitigation plans.
  • Support day-to-day coordination with state education departments and facilitate reviews, updates, and planning meetings.

  • Proven ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional, and remote teams.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a knack for solving problems.
  • Adaptable and creative, comfortable with uncertainty, and eager to learn, grow, and innovate.
