## About the Company Asteya Buildtech is setting up a modern plant in Ahmedabad for PUR, PIR and Rockwool insulated sandwich panels for industrial roofing, wall cladding, cold rooms, warehouses, PEB, clean rooms and thermal insulation. We are building our core production, quality, maintenance and leadership team. ## About the Role Department: Production / PPC | Level: Middle / Senior Management Openings: 1 | Full-time | Priority: Most urgent Experience: 5-10 years | Reports to: Plant Head / GM Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Preferred: Experience on a same or similar PUF/PIR sandwich panel line. ## Key Responsibilities - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on sales orders, delivery priorities and line capacity. - Convert orders into practical production sequences accounting for panel thickness, length, profile, colour, insulation core and changeover requirements. - Coordinate availability of PPGI/PPGL coils, chemicals, adhesives, protective film, packing materials and other inputs before production. - Control shift-wise production, line speed, changeovers, manpower allocation, WIP and finished-goods movement. - Monitor foaming, profiling, curing, cutting, packing and dimensional consistency with operators and QC. - Track actual vs planned output, material consumption, scrap, downtime, rework and rejection; initiate corrective action. - Coordinate breakdown and preventive maintenance without compromising dispatch commitments. - Maintain production records, batch traceability, shift reports and PPC MIS. - Support trial runs for new panel thicknesses, profiles, facer combinations and product developments. - Train supervisors, operators and workers on SOPs, safety, quality checkpoints and productivity expectations. - Coordinate with dispatch and sales on readiness, priority orders and customer delivery schedules. ## Requirements - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience on a same or similar PUF/PIR sandwich panel line. ## Location & Work Mode Location: SunPro Estate-3, Surv.
