Production Graphic Designer: Bulk Branding Adaptations (355 Institutions)

We are seeking a highly meticulous, reliable Graphic Production Designer based in India for a high-volume template adaptation project.

We have 10–11 standardized product asset styles/templates built in Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) and Illustrator (.AI). You will adapt these templates using primary artwork, design instructions, and exact Pantone color specifications provided for 355 different institutions.

Scope of Work & Deliverables:

For every institution, you will adapt all 10–11 design styles and deliver clean, organized, and print-ready files across 7 required file formats:

AI (Editable Adobe Illustrator source files with linked/embedded assets)

PSD (Editable Adobe Photoshop source files, fully layered)

PDF (High-resolution, print-ready PDFs with Pantone color metadata)

TIFF (High-resolution, uncompressed print files)

JPEG (High-resolution preview images)

PNG (High-resolution transparent background assets)

SVG (Scalable vector graphics)

Screening Process (Watermarked Test Sample):

Precision and accuracy are critical. Candidates will be asked to complete one sample test using our provided source artwork to demonstrate technical capability, Pantone matching, and proper file layering.

You MUST submit the test sample with your own watermark. We do not want or expect un-watermarked work prior to hire; this test is strictly to confirm layout precision and instructions compliance before setting up the contract.

Budget & Long-Term Potential:

Fixed-Price Project Budget: USD $750.00 (Paid via milestone batches as work is completed and verified).

Future Opportunity: A successful and accurate execution of this initial project could lead to an upcoming pipeline of additional institutional project work valued at USD $25,000+ for the right long-term partner.

Key Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (experience with batch processing, actions, or data-merge workflows is a major plus due to file volume).

Background in print production, prepress, packaging, or bulk template adaptation.

Exceptional attention to detail (Pantone accuracy, asset scaling, typography alignment).

Located in India with clear communication and consistent turnaround times.

To Apply:

Please submit:

A link to your portfolio highlighting production, packaging, or bulk branding adaptation work.

Confirmation that you are comfortable completing a short, watermarked test sample.

Your estimated timeline and weekly capacity to complete 355 institutional sets across all required formats.
