We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Senior Product Specialist / Product Specialist to join our Pharmaceuticals team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering with healthcare professionals, improving patient outcomes, and contributing to Bayer's growth in Singapore.

 

Where Do You Want To Go?

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), promoting Bayer's innovative therapies, and driving business performance within your assigned territory.

You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams while embracing Bayer's shared ownership model and growth mindset.

  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives for assigned products and territory.
  • Develop and execute effective territory plans and plans of action.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver scientific product information and communicate clinical evidence effectively.
  • Create demand through value-based customer engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and territory performance.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Support educational programs, scientific meetings and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with Bayer policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.

 

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
  • Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is required.
  • Key Account Management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and HCP engagement.
  • Strong business acumen, planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Results-driven with strong ownership, accountability and adaptability.
