You should be flexible to work in shifts.<br><br><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities Include<br><br></strong><ul><li> Recording and maintaining PO and Non-PO Invoices and handling both manual and automatic payment requests.</li><li> Involved in end-to-end Vendor Master activities like creation, changes, verification, cleansing, and identifying duplicate records.</li><li> Collaborate with stakeholders for coding and approvals, address blocked invoice issues, and ensure timely posting in accounting software for payments and expenses.</li><li> Handle the processing of travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payment issues, recover funds, and execute payment proposals.</li><li> Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the specified timelines.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Education<br><br></strong>Master's Degree<br><br><strong>Required Technical And Professional Expertise<br><br></strong><ul><li> Commerce graduate with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.</li><li> Experience in Invoice and Vendor management along with Resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation.</li><li> Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Technical And Professional Experience<br><br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user.</li><li> Self-directed and ambitious achiever.</li><li> Meeting targets effectively.</li><li> Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management, showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork.</li></ul>
