Before insurance policies are completed, there are some verification and documentation steps. To meet this, ICICI Lombard is hiring policy processing executives to work from home and process digital records precisely.

The ideal role for candidates who prefer a working environment in the office with documents, spreadsheets, and online systems. It does not involve customer calling, sales activities, or field visits.”

What You Will Do

The day begins with a list of policy files allocated to me via the company’s internal portal. Some files need basic verification, and some files need updated supporting documents to be passed on to the next processing step.

Your duties will vary depending on the project and may include reviewing policy details, updating internal records, maintaining Excel trackers, organizing electronic documents, and preparing daily processing reports. Before completing each assignment, the information should be carefully checked against records available.

Most of the work is performed in Microsoft Excel, document management software, and internal business applications. The work is done by following the standard process, which makes it easy for new employees to understand after training.
