Pharma Medical Writer needed to test AI medical writing platform
We're looking for medical writers and editors who have worked for pharma companies or medcomms agencies to test an AI medical writing platform. Freelance, contract, or in-house is fine.
You should have hands-on experience with documents like:
1. MSL decks and field medical slide decks
2. Standard response documents (SRDs) and medical information letters
3. Congress materials: symposium decks, posters, booth panels
4. Advisory board decks, briefing books, and summaries
5. Slide libraries and field team training decks
6. Promotional and non-promotional materials that go through MLR
7. Clinical trial documents: protocols, CSRs, investigator brochures, lay summaries
8. Regulatory documents: clinical overviews, summaries of clinical safety/efficacy, briefing packages
9. Pharmacovigilance documents: PSURs/PBRERs, DSURs, RMPs, safety narratives, signal evaluations
10. RWE and HEOR deliverables: value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, budget impact and cost-effectiveness reports, payer decks
11. Patient-facing materials: PILs, ICFs, patient support content
If your background is academic or research-institute writing, e.g. manuscripts, research papers, grant applications, please skip this post.
Scribe features:
1. Controlled sources: works only from uploaded and approved materials.
2. Evidence-linked claims: maps claims back to sources and flags weak or unsupported evidence.
3. tatistical analysis: runs analyses on your source data and turns the outputs into presentable results.
4. Charts, graphs, and infographics: builds visuals from your data, and regenerates charts from images or text into editable formats teams can modify later.
5. Reusable knowledge: reuses source assets across related projects while preserving the parent-child relationship.
6. Veeva-ready outputs: pushes content and citation links into Veeva automatically for smoother review workflows.
What this project is about:
We will do two 2-hour sessions over video call. Total time required 4-5 hrs.
Session 1: We walk you through the Literature Review and Presentation features. You then rebuild your presentation (e.g. an MSL deck, congress deck, or similar) using your own sources.
Session 2: We walk you through the Document feature. You then rebuild a document you've previously written, again from your own sources.
What you need to bring:
One deck and one document you've previously produced in a pharma context
The source material behind them (papers, CSRs, data on file, slide libraries, whatever you originally worked from) downloaded on your system
