Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant based in Chennai to provide critical administrative, digital, and personal support to our US-based Co-Founder. Because you will be directly supporting an executive in California, strict adherence to Pacific Time zone hours (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM PT) is required.

This role offers the flexibility of a Work From Home (WFH) or Hybrid setup. The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the distance, manage complex calendars, take ownership of social media platforms, handle sensitive data with discretion, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage, schedule, and monitor engagement across the Co-Founder's professional and business social media pages (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram).
  • US Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, manage calendar conflicts, and align appointments across time zones proactively.
  • Communication Handling: Manage and filter high-volume emails, phone calls, and messages with professional English fluency and absolute promptness.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange international and domestic US travel, flights, accommodation, transport, and dining reservations.
  • Digital Support & Purchases: Assist with online purchases, vendor invoice management, bill payments, and standard US-based administrative tasks.
  • Information Management: Organize secure cloud documents, prepare accurate reports/presentations, and track critical business deadlines and action items.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Location: Must be residing in or near Chennai with the infrastructure for a seamless work-from-home setup.
  • Social Media Savvy: Hands-on experience updating social platforms, scheduling content, and interacting professionally with online communities.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant (experience supporting US or international clients is highly preferred).
  • Shift Alignment: Absolute willingness and stamina to work a permanent US shift (California hours).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with high clarity.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, communication tools (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet), and modern scheduling apps.
  • Core Traits: Absolute dependability, sharp attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a proven track record of handling confidential information with complete discretion.
