Overview of the position We are a global leader in online travel and we are looking for a payments professional to join our team. Full-time and long-term - Join our international team! As our Operations Payments Specialist you will play a key role in our daily payments operations. You will work in a team of 4 finance professionals and report to the Payments Team Manager. Key Responsibilities File daily statements of our payment service providers Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments in our accounting system Manage the payment requisitions for 3rd party vendors Perform detailed checks and analyses on 3rd party vendor invoices Process 3rd party vendor invoices in internal booking systems and accounting system Assist with LiveAboard.com’s day to day finance operations How to apply If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in making the complex simple, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
