Part-Time US Appointment Setter – B2B Cold Calling

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and results-oriented US Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

Your primary responsibility will be to call small and medium-sized businesses in the United States, introduce our services, speak with business owners/decision-makers, understand their interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a part-time position requiring only 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, but it is an important sales-generation role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with US customers and is motivated by performance-based incentives.

What You Will Do

  • Make outbound calls to businesses in the United States.
  • Speak professionally and confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Introduce our company and services using a provided calling script and talking points.
  • Ask questions to understand whether the business could benefit from our services.
  • Identify interested and qualified prospects.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations and appointments.
  • Follow up with prospects when required.
  • Work toward weekly appointment and conversion targets.

Compensation

Fixed pay: ₹3,000 per week

In addition, you can earn:

  • ₹500 for every qualified appointment that attends the scheduled meeting
  • ₹2,000 for every new client that signs up and makes their first payment from an appointment generated by you

There is no upper limit on incentives. Better performance means higher earnings.

  • Be comfortable with cold calling.
  • Be able to handle rejection positively.
  • Be persuasive without being aggressive.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Have a stable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls.
  • Be comfortable working independently from home.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • US telecalling
  • Appointment setting
  • Cold calling
  • Inside sales
  • B2B sales
  • Lead generation
  • Customer support for US customers
  • Business development / SDR

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 2 hours per day

The role requires you to work during US Central Time business hours: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM CT.
