Part-Time Outreach & Lead Generation Associate

About YANEX

YANEX helps founders and lean teams book qualified meetings through performance-based outreach across LinkedIn and email.

We manage the entire outbound process - from identifying the right prospects to starting conversations and securing confirmed meetings.

Our model is simple: a small onboarding fee and payment based on meetings actually booked. No long-term retainers, traditional SDR hiring, or paying for activity that doesn't lead anywhere.

We’re building YANEX for teams that want consistent conversations with decision-makers without the overhead and guesswork of traditional outbound.

  • Are curious and willing to research before reaching out
  • Can write simple, clear, and personalized messages
  • Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Pay attention to details and keep things organized

  • Can consistently commit to the required hours
