Part-Time Logistics Coordinator in Delhi Entry Level

About This Role Fresher Hub is hiring a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator for its Delhi operations team. This role focuses on managing shipment schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods across the Delhi NCR region. Working approximately 4 to 5 hours daily, this position suits candidates who want flexible hours while building a career in supply chain and logistics coordination. Role Context You will be part of a 6-person logistics team that handles daily coordination between warehouse staff, transport partners, and the procurement desk. The role reports to the Logistics Supervisor and involves hands-on work with delivery records, vendor communication, and transport documentation. The team operates Monday to Saturday, with part-time shifts running in the morning block. Key Responsibilities Track inbound and outbound shipments and update delivery records daily Coordinate with transport vendors to confirm pickup and drop-off schedules Maintain accurate inventory logs and report discrepancies to the supervisor Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans Follow up with vendors on delayed or missing consignments Assist in organizing warehouse stock based on incoming volume Communicate delivery status updates to internal teams and end clients Requirements & Skills Graduate in any discipline; supply chain or logistics background preferred Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for record-keeping Good communication in Hindi with functional English for documentation Able to manage multiple coordination tasks without missing deadlines Prior experience in courier, e-commerce, or warehouse roles is an advantage Comfortable working 4 to 5 hours per day, Monday to Saturday Benefits & Work Conditions Part-time schedule with fixed morning shift hours 15,000 25,000 per month, pro-rated based on shift hours Travel allowance provided for field coordination days Option to transition to a full-time role based on performance Who Should Apply This role is a strong match for detail-oriented candidates who enjoy coordination work and want the flexibility of part-time hours.
