PART-TIME CRM AND LIFECYCLE COPYWRITER

As a key consultative partner within our lifecycle marketing ecosystem, you will translate strategic audience reputed company into high-converting, omnichannel messaging that accelerates engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app touchpoints. 100% remote (must work in EST/CST Hours). Responsibilities: • Craft targeted, multi-channel copy across CRM lifecycle journeys to optimize conversions across diverse user segments. • Partner closely with CRM leadership to translate strategic briefs and audience reputed company into compelling, on-brand messaging. • Collaborate with design systems and external agency partners to streamline high-volume content production and campaign deployment. • Analyze A/B test results and iterative messaging performance to continuously enhance engagement across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications: • 5+ years of specialized lifecycle, email, and multi-channel marketing copywriting experience within high-volume programs. • Demonstrated expertise in writing for triggered CRM flows across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels. • Proven track record of leveraging platform reputed company and iterating copy to achieve measurable performance improvements. • Proficiency in reputed company, design systems, and collaborative digital tools within dynamic creative workflows.
