Part-Time Brooklyn Field Sales Representative | Cheeky Cocktails

$300/week guaranteed, plus $10 per qualified new account and an uncapped 10% commission on reorders. Part-time and flexible, with on-target earnings of roughly $750 to $1,500+ per week as your book builds.

Cheeky Cocktails, a Brooklyn beverage brand founded by beverage industry veteran and former bartender April Wachtel, is hiring two part-time field sales reps to grow our new sparkling tonic across Brooklyn. We're already in 1,300+ accounts across 44 states and have been featured in The New York Times, Bon Appétit, and Food & Wine. Now we're doubling down in our backyard, one café, bar, bodega, and shop at a time.

This is a true field sales role: you'll open new accounts, pour samples, and turn first orders into repeat business, not sit behind a desk. One rep will focus on North Brooklyn, and the other on Brownstone Brooklyn.

Compensation

A guaranteed $300 weekly base, plus a $10 bonus per qualified new account and uncapped 10% commission on reorders. This is a flexible, results-driven part-time role, typically requiring about 10–12 hours per week to start. If you already have strong relationships in the industry, you may be able to hit your goals in fewer hours while still earning the full weekly base. On-target earnings can grow to roughly $750–$1,500+ per week as your book builds.

What You'll Do

  • Open new accounts: cafés, bars, bodegas, grocery stores, and specialty shops.
  • Sell through tasting and bring samples to every pitch.
  • Turn first orders into consistent reorders.
  • Merchandise shelves, photograph placements, and keep clean notes in our tracker.
  • Run at least one in-store sampling per month.
  • Maintain accurate account notes, orders, follow-ups, and weekly reporting in the team tracker.

Who We're Looking For

  • Hospitality background, with bartender or barista experience a plus, and familiarity with Brooklyn's bar and café scene.
  • A natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, asking for the sale, and following up.
  • Entrepreneurial, organized, and self-directed.
  • Available for consistent weekday daytime field hours.
  • Comfortable using email, Google Drive, and a simple CRM/tracker on mobile and desktop.
  • Existing relationships with Brooklyn cafés, bars, bodegas, or specialty retailers are a strong plus.
  • Comfortable lifting 30 to 40 lbs; a car is helpful but not required.
  • Field sales, brand ambassador, or merchandising experience a plus.

To Apply

Send your résumé and a short note on which parts of Brooklyn you know best, why you'd be a great fit for the role, and your general availability.
