<p>Job Description: P&C Insurance Specialist with global consulting firm</p><p>Location - Gurgaon</p><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> P&C Insurance, Underwriting, Guidewire / Insbridge / Duck Creek, MS Excel</p><p><strong>Additional Skill (Optional):</strong> Python</p><p>Role Overview</p><p>We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, preferably with experience in underwriting and/or policy administration systems. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of insurance processes, policy lifecycle management, and the ability to work with insurance data using Excel.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Apply a strong understanding of P&C insurance products, processes, and business workflows.</li><li>Support insurance underwriting activities, policy administration, and related business processes.</li><li>Work with policy administration systems such as Guidewire, Insbridge, and Duck Creek.</li><li>Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, validation, and operational activities.</li><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support insurance-related requirements and process improvements.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and consistency of insurance data and documentation.</li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.</li><li>Candidates with an underwriting (UW) background are also suitable.</li><li>Experience with policy administration systems such as Guidewire, Insbridge, or Duck Creek.</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul><p>Good to Have</p><ul><li>Basic knowledge or experience with Python for data analysis or automation.</li></ul><p>Preferred Candidate Profile</p><p>Candidates from P&C insurance, underwriting, policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations backgrounds with relevant system exposure will be considered.</p>
