Job Title: HR Generalist (Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift (US Process) – 8:30 PM to 5 AM IST

Working Days: 5 Days Alternate Week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, payroll processing, and sound knowledge of Indian labour laws. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can independently handle people operations and ensure compliance while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR operations lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and exit formalities
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture
  • Handle employee grievances , conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws , statutory regulations, and company policies
  • Manage and process payroll operations accurately and on time
  • Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave management, and attendance
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee documentation
  • Coordinate with management on HR policies, performance management, and audits
  • Act as a point of contact for employees during night shift operations

Requirements
  • 3–9 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement and grievance handling and POSH policy
  • In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong payroll knowledge with hands-on experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
