Role Overview

We are looking for a Soft Skills & Spoken English Trainer who will be responsible for training delivery, course development, student management, and brand representation.

This is a multi-dimensional role where you will not only teach but also become the face of the brand through ads and social media content, helping drive student engagement and enrollments.

The selected trainer will conduct offline classroom based on batch requirements and schedule.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Delivery

  • Conduct Spoken English and Soft Skills offline sessions
  • Handle offline classroom batches of 40–50 students
  • Help students improve:
  • Communication Skills
  • Confidence
  • Public Speaking
  • Interview Skills
  • Maintain an engaging and interactive classroom environment

2. Course Development

  • Design and structure course curriculum
  • Create lesson plans, practice exercises, and activities
  • Continuously improve content based on student performance and feedback

3. Student Engagement & Conversion

  • Conduct one-on-one demo sessions
  • Explain course structure and assist in student conversion
  • Track student progress and provide guidance

4. Team Building & Management

  • Assist in hiring and onboarding English trainers
  • Train and mentor junior faculty
  • Maintain teaching quality and consistency

5. Content Creation & Brand Representation

  • Appear in ads, reels, and social media content as the trainer/influencer
  • Record educational, promotional, and engagement videos
  • Represent the brand in a confident, clear, and relatable manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for content execution

6. Operations & Coordination

  • Manage offline class schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain attendance records and student performance reports
  • Support smooth functioning of offline classroom sessions

Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experience in Spoken English and/or Soft Skills training
  • Ability to manage batches of 40–50 students
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and manage students in an offline classroom environment
  • Comfortable conducting physical classroom sessions

Preferred

  • Experience in coaching institutes or training organizations
  • Experience in content creation, public speaking, or social media
  • Prior experience in demo conversions or student counseling
  • Experience handling offline classroom batches

  • Compensation: ₹250–₹500 per completed session, depending on experience, expertise, and session requirements

Important Note

This is not just a teaching role.

The selected candidate must be comfortable with:

  • Conducting offline sessions
  • Appearing on camera for advertisements, reels, and promotional videos
  • Public speaking and handling live classroom sessions
  • Creating educational and marketing content
  • Collaborating with the marketing team for brand campaigns
  • Managing and engaging students in a physical classroom environment
