Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial and residential properties across NYC, ensuring smooth transaction processes from initial consultation to closing.
  • Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Negotiate offers effectively, advocating for clients’ best interests and securing favorable terms.
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing documentation, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and legal processes.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns utilizing various channels to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Build strong client rapport through excellent customer service, clear communication, and personalized attention.
  • Utilize CRM systems supported by technical teams to maintain organized client records and streamline workflows.
